We offer Group Classes, Private Lessons, and Workout Sessions tailored across 3 levels of training for ages 10 to 17
Group Classes:
Start and Beginners: Participants will learn all the fundamentals of volleyball, enhancing their motor coordination, agility, flexibility, strength and power. They will also be introduced to basic game systems, as well as the essential techniques and tactics of the sport.
Intermediate: They will learn intermediate techniques and tactics in volleyball, refining their fundamentals as well. They will also be introduced to new defensive and offensive systems, as well as new game strategies.
Advanced: In this module, we focus on developing explosive strength, power and plyometric exercises tailored for volleyball. We also introduce advanced tactical training for defense and attack, incorporating all advanced game systems.
Start and Beginners (Monday/Wednesday) – 6:00 – 7:15pm
Intermediate and Advanced (Monday/Wednesday) – 6:45 – 8:00 pm
Students can choose between attending 1 day or 2 days of classes per week.
1 day of classes per week costs $95 every 4 weeks.
2 days per week costs $145 every 4 weeks.

Indoor Volleyball Theoretical and Practical Classes
• Cost: $145 for 8 lessons

Private Lessons:
Private lessons consist of a maximum of 3 students and cost $30 for each 50-minute session
Workout:
Only for Advanced Level
Cost: $25 per hour for individuals
$20 per hour per person for groups of 2 or more
Note: The regular rate is $45 per hour; the above rates apply only to enrolled students in the course.
Operation: Physical activity is essential for the growth and development of athletes, as recommended by all global institutions. Engaging in physical and strength activities from a young age benefits children and adolescents in various ways, such as strengthening bones and muscles, preventing injuries, regulating hormones, and enhancing readiness for training, games, and championships. Encouraging physical and muscular activity is highly beneficial, integrating it seamlessly with classes is essential.
Before starting any activities, thorough data collection occurs, including physical and postural evaluations, cardiovascular assessments, and measurements for monitoring progress, all personalized to determine the optimal strategy and plan for each student and participating family members. Plans are closely monitored in person, with professionals ensuring correct exercise execution, posture correction, and effective exercise and training scheduling.
Each student receives personalized exercises through an app that monitors and records their progress. This app facilitates continuous monitoring, correction, adaptation, and updates of physical plans in collaboration with professionals.
Students receive classes at their preferred locations and times, personalized to their progression. Training is tailored to develop skills crucial for volleyball, including flexibility, agility, power, endurance, and other essential aspects for growth and becoming a proficient player.
